Summary: The hotel staff especially William the concierge and the front office led by Alexandre were friendly and excellent - all our requests were accommodated. We enjoyed the food at George's and the atmosphere at the bar was dynamic (especially David who put a lot of energy into every drink he made). We look forward to another visit soon.

Summary: Fantastic stay for our family! The only note is that if you’re driving, finding the hotel’s parking garage can be tricky. It took us about 40 minutes to find the right turn, while navigating the busy Montreal streets, with one-way roads and heavy traffic. We had similar challenges when taking Uber back to the hotel after a day of sightseeing—drivers often struggled to locate the entrance as well. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide clearer directions or more detailed information for guests arriving by car or rideshare.

Summary: Excellent accommodations and the interior decor was beautifully unique. Room was lovely and the bathroom facilities were spectacular- love me a heated floor! All employees were so accommodating and friendly. Upon check out the hotel allowed us to leave our car secure in the parking area while we explored more of Montreal before moving and checking into another hotel where our family wedding was being held. Should we come back to Montreal we would be so pleased to stay here again due to it’s historic charm
